• What form or payments do you accept? Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover.
  • When will my credit card be charged? At the time of your order.
  • Why is my credit card being declined? Our payment processor goes through the payment authorization with your company. If we cannot receive an authorization from them, your card can be declined by our system. You can call your credit card company for further investigation.



  • Are all your Xs and Os hand drawn? Yes. I draw each X and O on each product. Whether it’s an original piece or a digital reproduction, they all started with as a hand drawn piece. The only exception are pieces created by my lil helpers which are part of the fundraising program for children and families affected by cancer.
  • Why Xs and Os? I wanted every piece to spread joy to all those who receive them by sending virtual hugs. Please read about Our Story here.
  • Are all your Yippy BeBe® products handmade? Yes. Each of my childrens products are hand cut and sewn by me on a industrial sewing machine.



  • How long before my order ships? Since I hand make all products in the shop, it could be 1-6 weeks depending on the product you order. Any items that require more than one week to process will be noted on the individual product page.
  • Wall Art pieces – Are usually marked READY TO SHIP – These items have ready to ship listed in the item description area & typically ship within one week from the time payment is received (business days) unless otherwise noted in the description.
  • Diaper bags – Are MADE TO ORDER & ship 3-5 weeks from the time payment is received with the exception of custom orders which take 4-6 weeks depending on the customer’s requirements.
  • Changing pads – Are MADE TO ORDER (unless otherwise noted in listing) & ship 2 weeks from the time payment is received with exception to custom orders.
  • How do you ship? USPS First Class. Some products allow for expedited shipping at an additional cost. Please review our Shipping Information here.
  • Do you ship international? Yes, via USPS First Class International. Please review our Shipping Information here.
  • Do you ship to PO Boxes? Yes, as long as USPS can deliver there.
