Shipping

We use USPS for domestic and international shipping.

Once our packages are sent out to the world, the USPS is responsible for delivery so we unfortunately cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If you paid for expedited shipping in the US and your package is delayed, let us know and we can file a claim with the USPS together. The outcome of a claim is solely responsible by USPS and can take upwards of 30 days. Results are also the decision of USPS and we do not have any control of the outcome.

Please keep all original packaging and email us a photo of both the package and the product at returns [at] heartandartcottage [dot] com within 7 days of delivery. Once we have your photos we will file a claim with USPS on your behalf. Please do not throw away any packaging as USPS may require it as part of the claims process.
Our shipping fees do not include taxes, duties or customs fees. You will be responsible for any duties and customs imposed by your country. All shipments are marked as merchandise per legal customs requirements.

Returns & exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and curated products we do not accept returns or exchanges.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • When photographing artwork we do our best to ensure colors are represented accurately, however colors may vary from screen to screen.
  • Placement of Xs and Os will vary due to the hand drawn nature of our products. This is what makes each piece uniquely yours.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at returns [at] heartandartcottage [dot] com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product and we will send a replacement of the same item at no charge. Please keep all original packaging in case it is needed for a USPS insurance claim.

If something is missing from your order, please email us at returns [at] heartandartcottage [dot] com within 7 days of delivery and we will send the missing item at no charge.

CUSTOM ORDERS & GIFT CARDS
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or gift cards.

THE XO LETTER SUBSCRIPTION
All subscription purchases are final. Month-to-month subscriptions may be cancelled before your next billing date. Prepaid gift subscriptions of 3, 6 or 12 months are non-refundable and will complete at the end of the chosen term.

PILLOWS & PILLOW COVERS
All pillow and pillow cover sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom printed nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your pillow arrives with a manufacturing defect please email us at returns [at] heartandartcottage [dot] com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement of the same item at no charge.

Each pillow is individually handmade and features original Heart and Art Cottage® artwork. Minor variations in print placement are a natural characteristic of our handmade process and are not considered defects.
